Pump Up The Volume Promotion - Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion Runs from Tuesday 1st July 2008 - Tuesday 30th June 2009
- Purchase orders for a single End User valued over $100,000 may not be split across multiple Purchase Orders
- 1% Rebate applies to all Sun Volume Products. Click here to view.
- Maximum cash rebate of $1000 per Purchase Order applies
- 1% Rebate only applies to eligible products above $5000 and is based on partner buy price ex GST and excludes third party products
- All 1% redemptions need to be received by 15th July 2009
- All cash rebates and prize winnings will be issued on the understanding that any tax implications (including Fringe Benefit Tax) that may arise from these winnings are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the rebate and/or prize.
- Rebate cards are issued in accordance to the PDS set out by the card issuer
- Monthly prizes must be claimed within 3 business days of each promotional period ending
- Monthly prizes will be shipped to winners once itX receive payment for Sun product invoice
- All sales entered into Pump up the Volume for the 1% cash rebate will be paid to the individual who registered. It is the responsibility of the partner to register the correct individual.
- 'Pump up the Volume' promotion open to Sun authorized resellers only
- Winners of any prizes in this promotion must agree to have their name publicly announced
- itX Group Limited reserves the right to use the names of any winners from this promotion in marketing material and/or press releases
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for an equivalent cash value
- 1% rebates will only be awarded once invoice is issued and validated
- Any discounts apply to commercial pricing only
- Any prices quoted exclude GST unless specified
- Prices and offers subject to change at any time without notice
